The Glory of Christ
John 12:23
Revelation 1:5-6
Hebrews 1:1-3
Devotional Thought:
Jesus declared, "The time has come for the Son of Man to enter into His glory." (John 12:23) The cross, meant for shame, became His glorification. His suffering revealed God’s justice, holiness, and love. We are called to glorify Him through our lives, bearing fruit that reflects His character (Galatians 5:22-23). Our prayers, actions, and obedience should point to His greatness.
Self-Reflection:
How are you glorifying Jesus in your daily life?

The Call to Self-Sacrifice
John 12:24
Luke 9:23
1 Peter 2:24
Devotional Thought:
Jesus compared Himself to a kernel of wheat—only by dying could it bring forth new life. His sacrifice brought salvation to many. Likewise, we are called to die to ourselves, surrendering our will to God. Daily, we must choose to live for Christ rather than for selfish desires. Sanctification is a process, but as we die to self, we bear lasting fruit.
Self-Reflection:
What areas of your life do you need to surrender to God today?

The Honor of Serving Christ
John 12:25-26
Matthew 10:39
Luke 9:24
Devotional Thought:
Jesus said, "Anyone who wants to be My disciple must follow Me, because My servants must be where I am." (John 12:26) Following Christ is not about personal gain but about honoring Him. When we live selflessly for Him, we gain eternal life. Honor comes not from earthly recognition, but from serving God wholeheartedly.
Self-Reflection:
How can you serve Christ more intentionally this week?

Jesus’ Deepest Suffering
John 12:27
Isaiah 53:3-5
Psalm 22:1
Devotional Thought:
Jesus, though deeply troubled, remained resolute in His mission. He bore the unimaginable weight of sin, yet embraced His purpose. The cost of our salvation was His suffering. Let us never take lightly the sacrifice He made, but instead live in gratitude, worship, and obedience to Him.
Self-Reflection:
How does Jesus’ suffering change your perspective on sin and grace?

Living with Purpose
John 12:27
Philippians 1:21
Revelation 13:8
Devotional Thought:
Jesus' purpose was clear—He came to die for the salvation of the world. He calls us to live with that same clarity of purpose, prioritizing His will over our own. The disciples changed the world because they lived for Christ, not themselves. To make an eternal impact, we must do the same.
Self-Reflection:
What steps can you take to ensure your life reflects Christ’s purpose?
