A Fresh Perspective on God’s Presence
2 Kings 6:13-17
Psalm 46:1-3
Matthew 28:20
Devotional Thought:
Elisha’s servant was overwhelmed when he saw the enemy army surrounding them. But Elisha prayed for his eyes to be opened, and suddenly he saw God’s army surrounding them with protection. Often, we panic when we feel outnumbered or powerless, but God is always present, even when we can’t see Him. His presence is our source of peace and strength.
Reflection Question:
What situation in your life do you need to see from God’s perspective rather than your own?

A Fresh Perspective on Our Usefulness
Ephesians 2:8-10
1 Corinthians 1:26-29
Isaiah 6:8
Devotional Thought:
Many people believe they are not talented, wise, or strong enough to be used by God. But scripture tells us that we are His masterpiece, created for a purpose. God doesn’t call the qualified—He qualifies the called. When we surrender to Him, He shapes us into vessels for His work. Your availability matters more than your ability.
Reflection Question:
In what ways might God be calling you to serve Him that you have overlooked or doubted?

A Fresh Perspective on Our Value to God
Romans 5:6-8
Psalm 139:13-16
Zephaniah 3:17
Devotional Thought:
Many struggle with feelings of worthlessness, but God has declared our value by sending Jesus to die for us. We are not accidents—we are His treasured possessions. If God sees us as worth the sacrifice of His Son, how much more should we see ourselves through His eyes?
Reflection Question:
How does knowing your worth in God’s eyes change the way you view yourself and your purpose?

A Fresh Perspective on Seeking God
James 4:8
Psalm 100:2-4
Jeremiah 29:13
Devotional Thought:
Seeking God is more than just attending church or reading scripture—it’s about desiring His presence daily. The Bible promises that when we draw near to God, He will draw near to us. A fresh perspective begins with seeking Him with our whole heart, not just when it’s convenient.
Reflection Question:
What steps can you take to intentionally seek God’s presence in your daily life?

A Fresh Perspective on Walking by Faith
2 Corinthians 5:7
Hebrews 11:1
Galatians 5:16-17
Devotional Thought:
Faith is not about what we can see or feel but about trusting in God’s promises. Feelings fluctuate, but God’s truth remains constant. Walking by faith means believing in His plan even when we don’t see immediate results. When we shift our focus from our emotions to His word, we gain a fresh perspective on His faithfulness.
Reflection Question:
Are you living by faith or by sight? How can you shift your perspective to trust God more fully?
